Erez Adani - business man and filantrop advisor volunteers.

Erez Adani is a well-known filantrop and investor stated that he will stop donating and start his volunteer work in 2019 , with this notice there were a lot of disappointed funds, that were used to get assistance from his donations. 

Erez Adani explains: my father taught me that you need to give your employees fishing rod and not fish, and I applied this all my life and that's a major factor that helped me manage my business without having to see the small resolution, and from my companies and business grow the best managers and workers that ware self-motivated and know how to do things without the need of approval.

But when i opened my Erez Adani philanthropic fund I had in mind that I can help by giving resources to the ones that need them, but did not have the time to see the actual results and not the filtered ones.
in 2019 when I made my decision to learn more about the actual needs of the ones that seek help I find that i can help more by delivering the direct line to influence and solutions than donating money.

in many ways, I feel great about helping, today my business is mixed with my volunteer work.
try it yourself, volunteer, and help others, we never know when the weel will turn
